We all like soup. We all like to look for recipes online. The only problem? You Google something like Portuguese caldo verde, Norwegian fish soup, or Ecuadorian locro de papa and it takes forever to find the recipe in the page.
Sure, writing about it reminds the author of that summer breeze in Tuscany years ago, or the smell that takes them back to childhood, but you just want to cook the soup.
That’s what this website is ALL about. Recipes. Incredible soups from all over the world. We’re going for one traditional soup from each country and we’re doing one each week. Then when we’re done with that, who knows.
